Erin Radke is a passionate healthcare professional with a strong foundation in health promotion, client engagement, and community outreach. As a Business Development Representative at Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital, Erin cultivates meaningful relationships with referral sources, facilitates efficient admissions, and champions initiatives that expand access to mental health services across the west metro.
With a degree in Health Promotion & Health Equity and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Erin brings a dynamic blend of clinical insight, program coordination experience, and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. Her background includes roles in clinical program coordination, personal training, and healthcare insurance, with emphasis on empathy, strategic communication, and a deep commitment to connecting individuals with the care they need.
Erin contributes to Capitol Park’s outreach efforts, educating healthcare professionals and providers about the hospital’s services and coordinating with clinical teams to optimize referral engagement. Her work is guided by a belief in equitable care, wellness, and the power of strong community partnerships.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys staying active, being with friends & family, traveling, and reading a good book.
