As one of the millions of immigrants who helped build this great nation, my story begins with resilience and sacrifice. In the early 1980s, my family fled political turmoil in Haiti, leaving behind everything they knew in pursuit of a better future for their children. Their courage and determination shaped my values and instilled in me a relentless drive to succeed.
From a young age, I was taught to give my best in every situation and to view education as the key to breaking barriers. That mindset led me to earn both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Arizona State University. I carry my parents’ sacrifices with me every day, and I’m humbled by the opportunities their bravery made possible.
Before joining the leadership team at Capitol Park, I served as CFO of a 163-bed behavioral health hospital in Houston for nearly five years. I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for leadership to the Twin Cities and contribute to a community that values growth, inclusion, and impact.
In my free time, I love to travel—I’ve visited 35 countries so far and have plans to explore many more. Experiencing different cultures continues to broaden my perspective and fuel my curiosity.
