Director of Clinical Services
Jeff brings over two decades of experience in mental health care, with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and program leadership. As Director of Clinical Services at Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital, he oversees the development and delivery of high-quality behavioral health programs, ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals across a range of acuity levels.
His career has spanned community-based intensive services, traditional outpatient therapy, and the oversight of day-treatment and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. Since 2008, Jeff has held progressive leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief of Staff, where he led multidisciplinary teams and helped shape strategic clinical initiatives.
Jeff is a licensed and board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist, and a board-approved supervisor for both LMFT and LPCC-track clinicians. He is also Gottman Level II certified, bringing specialized expertise to couples therapy. While his clinical roots remain important, Jeff’s current focus is on empowering clinicians, enhancing program outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence in mental health care.
