With 16 years of nursing and leadership, Stefanie brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to her role. She is passionate about patient safety, leadership development, quality improvement, and guiding strategic initiatives. Known for her collaborative and encouraging approach, Stefanie builds strong team partnerships that foster growth and excellence in care. She also champions innovative practices that enhance outcomes and support staff well-being. Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family.
