Terry brings over 11 years of experience in healthcare facility management to his role as Director of Facility Operations at Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance, Terry oversees the hospital’s physical environment to ensure it supports the highest standards of patient care and staff well-being.
He holds a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) credential and is currently pursuing his Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and excellence in healthcare operations.
Terry is passionate about creating safe, functional, and healing spaces that support the hospital’s mission. His leadership plays a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that enables quality behavioral health care.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his kids and being outdoors—especially on the lakes or by the ocean, where he finds both adventure and relaxation.
