Travis Heppner is the Director of Business Development, where he combines a passion for relationship-building with a diverse background in sales, customer service, and healthcare outreach. With nearly two decades of experience spanning retail, B2B sales, account management, and behavioral healthcare, Travis is known for connecting people, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating meaningful partnerships that support organizational success.
Before joining Capitol Park, Travis spent more than five years with The Retreat, serving as both Admissions Coordinator and Alumni Coordinator. In those roles, he guided individuals seeking recovery services, lead engagement strategies, and fostered lasting relationships with clients and alumni. His ability to blend data-driven business development with a people-first approach helped strengthen outreach efforts and support those navigating important life transitions.
Travis’s career also includes leadership roles with Samsung Electronics America, Red Bull, and T-Mobile, where he managed teams, developed business growth strategies, cultivated corporate partnerships, and supported large customer portfolios. His broad experience, ranging from frontline sales to executive-level relationship management, has given him a unique perspective on customer engagement, team leadership, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Webster University.
